At Axqorix S.A.S. ("Axqorix", "we") we take the privacy of our users' and investors' personal data seriously. This Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, in compliance with Argentine Law N° 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the related regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect the following data when you interact with our site or platform: full name, email, phone number, CUIT/CUIL/DNI number, banking details for fund transfers, IP address, browsing and device data. To open an investor account we request additional documentation as required by the CNV and the Financial Information Unit (UIF).
3. Purposes of the processing
We use your data to: (i) manage your subscription to communications; (ii) operate your investor account; (iii) comply with legal, tax and anti-money laundering obligations; (iv) perform statistical analysis and service improvements; (v) send you information about new investment opportunities, provided you have consented to receive it.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your express consent, the performance of a contract to which you are a party, compliance with applicable legal obligations and Axqorix's legitimate interest in operating the platform.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as you maintain a contractual relationship with us and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (a minimum of 10 years for financial records, in line with UIF regulations).
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share information only with: public authorities when required by law (CNV, AFIP, UIF); technology providers acting as data processors under contract; accounting and audit firms verifying the trusts; and clearing and settlement agents authorised by the CNV.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection regarding your data, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. As a data subject, you also have the right to file a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 3, City of Buenos Aires).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: TLS 1.3 encryption, storage on servers hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres, role-based access controls and continuous monitoring.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page along with the last-updated date. Continued use of the site after publication implies acceptance of the changes.
