These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the access to and use of the site axqorix.com and the services provided by Axqorix S.A.S., CUIT 30-71823456-4, with registered office at Av. Leandro N. Alem 882, Floor 11, C1001AAQ, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina ("Axqorix"). By using the site, you expressly accept these Terms in their entirety.
1. Service provided
Axqorix operates as a Crowdfunding Platform (PFC) authorised by the National Securities Commission through General Resolution N° 1024/2022, in the framework of Law N° 27,349 of Support for Entrepreneurial Capital. The platform channels investor funds towards real estate projects developed in the Argentine Republic.
2. Requirements to invest
To register as an investor you must be a natural person of legal age (18+) or a legal entity with legal capacity, an Argentine tax resident, complete the identification (KYC) process and meet the requirements set by the Financial Information Unit (UIF) regarding anti-money laundering.
3. Investment risks
Investments in real estate projects involve risks, including total or partial loss of the capital invested, delays in the delivery of the works and macroeconomic variations. Estimated yields are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee. We recommend reading the technical and financial dossier of each project carefully before committing funds.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, source code) is the property of Axqorix S.A.S. or used under licence. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
5. Limitation of liability
Axqorix acts as an intermediary authorised by the CNV and does not assume responsibility for the execution of the works, which is the responsibility of the developers. The platform performs reasonable due diligence, but investors are ultimately responsible for their investment decision.
6. Changes
Axqorix may amend these Terms when it deems it necessary, with reasonable notice posted on the site. Amendments enter into force upon publication.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.
